How do you configure M/S Outlook 2007?

I recently purchased M/S Office 2007 as I am a mature student at QMU
Edinburgh, Scotland. Every time I try to send emails on Outlook it tells me
that the exchange server is down and to try again later. I can send emails on
hotmail with no problem.

If you're not using an Exchange server, use the Mail applet in Control Panel
to remove the Exchange account from the mail profile and add in the type of
account you use.
