How do you completely uninstall Word or MS Office

I have a buggy Word 2007. I did an uninstall of MS Office and did a new
install with another version of MS Office but I still get the same problem
with Word. I have to assume it did not completely uninstall so how do I
clear it out completely? Thanks.
