How do you clear number of email listed for user on login screen

I do not have any messages that are unread but I still get a note when
logging in to the computer that I have 2 unread emails. How do I clear this
message?

Thank you for your quick response. I would have thought MS would have a
feature for this type of function on the front end or a run command line -
would make life so much easier, but...

The Tweak UI tool from Microsoft is the "front end" solution of it.
