how do you change the location you are publishing to

I am currently running an old version of FP. Until now, I have maintained a
site one a particular server. Now, I want to do two things:
1. I want to move this web to a new server but I am not sure how to specify
the new location....I never get the dialog box. When I click "Publish" it
asks me for the root password and goes about it's business.
2. I now have three additional webs to publish. Am I to assume that the
first time I try to publish the new web, it will prompt me for the server
location and/or the domain.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't use the Publish button
Use File Publish

Don't use the file pull down. You must manually insert the correct address.

Use the "remote site properties" button. when the publish window opens,
choose "Remote Site Properties" which brings up the dialogue with the choice
such as an FTP server, a (local) disk location, a Sharepoint Server or
http:// location (with FP ext installed).
