How do you change Access table PAGE HEADINGS?

I can sety up reports adequately well but is there any way of editing the
page headings for a 'raw' table before printing?
 
If you mean you want to print from the datasheet view of a table, the answer
is no.

You should use a report.

You can copy and paste the data into an Excel sheet and play with it there,
but that sounds like more work than creating a simple report with one of the
wizards. In some cases (only a few columns in the table), the Autoreport:
Columnar wizard will construct a fairly good report as the starting point.
