How do you backup Windows Updates

Is there a way you can backup windows automatic updates and intergrate them
in the windows xp installation. I am currently using windows xp home edition
with SP2. I ask this question because microsoft does not seem to currently
provide an updtae rollup of all hotfixes and patches for windows post SP2

Thanks,
