How do you add a button to your tool bar to change email accounts

On my laptop, running office 2003, I have aq button I can click to change
from one email account to another with all appropiate signatures and
everything. I just upgraded to Office 200e on my desktop, and it does not
have this feature. This is the main reason I upgraded. HOw/Can this be
added?
 
if you have multiple accounts set up in outlook 2003 and signs assigned to
each account, it will work.
