how do we get answers to our questions?

when we are using "anonymous" senders email? How do I see
answers to other peoples questions? I would like to know
how to see the level of my ink cartridge, too!
 
go to your printer website and download new xp driver.
this "might" have ink level. however the printer should
have a separate utility with maintainance tools that have
ink level.
 
No download for xp - just windows 98 driver - and I see
your answer now!
