How do Move the PST file in OL 2007 for multiple users

S

I have read several of the previous posts, but haven t quite pieced this
together. Using OL 2007, I want to share 1 PST in the Public Folder so 2 or
more users will pull from the same PST. 1 user is Admin, others are not, so I
plan to put the PST in the Public Folder. I am running Vista, one user at a
time. How do I move the PST file from current directory to the new location?

Are the users all on the same computer or on other computers on the network?

If you are sharing with different user accounts, locate the pst, move it to
the new location, go to control panel, mail and change the profile to use
the new location before opening outlook.

If you need help finding the pst, see

Thanks, that worked well. I was being cautious and trying to cut/paste
(hoping to avoid corrupting the only PST file) the PST file, then reconfigure
OL to read the copy in the Public. It seems like that should work too, but
the move worked smoothly. I can now send/receive emails from either user
account.
