Thanks Adam, I installed pug in but sync routinely fails. ANy suggestions?
Where do I check the "log for details"?

I have mutiple aol , gmail, yahoo, personal web site etc email accounts from
way back when, trying to get all my email accounts accessible from Outlook -
one source. Got all email coming into Outlook just fine. Now trying to get
all email contacts from multiple sources into Outlook and then prune.

Gmail is simple. AOL not as obvious.

Update: Tired using Funambol plug in as suggested by adam below. Plug in will
sollect all contacts from Outlook to sync with aol then fail.

Log reads: 12:51:53 GMT -8:00 [ERROR] - processItemStatus: server sent
status 506 in SYNC

Hi! I don't know if you ever got your issue with your AOL contacts into
Outlook working or not---BUT I just did it the "old fashioned way"---I copied
and pasted into Excel. This is NOT a simple process and if you've not
imported from Excel, that in itself is a learning process....but if you're
familiar with it, it works like a charm! None of the other suggestions here
worked for me. Good Luck!!

Why didn't AOL Sync work for you?

Well, it APPEARED to only take my OL contacts and put them into AOL---I was
just experimenting on my computer b4 I actually did it on my boss' puter.
The dialogue box that came up said it was taking the OL contacts and putting
into AOL and didnt say it would take the AOL into OL---to be honest, I didn't
have any contacts inAOL, so perhaps it was actually doing a total synch and I
just couldn't tell. I wimped out and figured out how to copy and paste into
Excel, which I am very familar with, and it didn't take as long as doing the
AOL synch. While I didn't get any of the error messages that ajack got, I was
afraid I might if I tried it on my boss' and then I'd be wasting even more
time. The whole process was quite time-consuming--AOL never makes anything
simple to export info.
