....set WIndows Explorer to open at my C drive instead of My Documents?

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /n,/e,c:\

Copy the line above.
Right click on your Explorer icon and click on Properties.
Either delete what you have in the "Target" field and paste, or if the
"Target" is highlighted, you can just do a paste.
Apply and OK.
That should open you up to C:\ with the tree expanded.
Hope that's what you were after.
