How do I view the Calendar Alarm in my Outlook 2007 appointment?

I have installed Office 2007. The only way I can tell if my calendar
appointment has a reminder alarm is by opening the appt. In the 2003
version, I could see the alarm icon in the calendar view and know it had a
reminder set. I am spending a silly amount of time opening and re-opening
appts to check if it has a reminder.

I'm sure it's just a setting, but I cannot find it....

MSFT seems to have removed the meeting icons from the calendar views
in Office 2007. While this simplifies the UI for novice users, the
really should have provided an option to turn them back on. I too miss
the reminder icon - too many reminders keep my windows mobile phone
buzzing off the hook!

MSFT - how about an office update patch to bring those icons back as
an option?

I noticed the recurring appointment icon shows on the calendar. Is there a
setting we're missing for the alarm or is it just gone?
