How do I view the Archive folder in Outlook?

I followed these instructions, and Outlook is archiving the Inbox (first - I
assume it will archive other "Personal Folders" shortly thereafter), but
where are those emails that were saved during the AutoArchive process that
has been running since I started using Outlook on my computer 2 years ago? I
am regularly prompted to run AutoArchive, so these emails should be
somewhere...

They're in whatever archive PST you configured Outlook to use.
