How do I view survey results saved to database?

I've got a survey setup to be saved to a database but can't figure out how to review the results. Can you help me figure it out? Thanks.
 
Use the Database Results Wizard to create on-line reports.

To get started:

1. Open a new blank page.
2. Choose Insert, Database, Results.
3. Follow the prompts.
