How do I view some one else's Inbox subfolders (Outlook)?

I work for a large company, and I've been asked to organize someone's Outlook
Inbox. He's already got subfolders set up in his Inbox, but when I open his
Inbox, I can't see any of the subfolders.

Is there a way for me to see and access (move messages from his Inbox to an
Inbox subfolder) someone else's subfolders?

In Outlook, hit F1 and search on "delegate". The user (or an admin) needs
to make you a delegate to their mailbox (and the folders within).
