How do I view my php pages in FP2003

Our company website was built using Dreamweaver. I am new to FrontPage, but
like the options I have to place pictures using it. How do I view a php page
in design mode in FP2003? For some reason I don't see an option to view in
design, or code, or even split view. All of the other pages in our site, for
some reason are in html and I have no problems. I looked in the help menu of
FP and did not find anything that would help. Any help would be much
appreciated. Thank you...
