How do I view jpegs and attachments when opening email.

When someone sends me email with an attachment, or they send one with
pictures (jpegs), I can not view them in the message. It show the source of
the jpegs in text, but never the picture. Is there a way to view these by
changing settings?

Outlook is a little different than Outlook Express. It was designed with
business in mind and therefore will not automatically open any attachments.
You will have to double click on the icon for the file to open it or right
click on it and then you can open, print, or save if you would like to scan
it with a scan program before opening it. I am sure it isn't what you
wanted to hear but I hope it helps.

Not on your end, but the sender can fix the problem if s/he wishes.
