How do I view how often a word file has been accessed?

I was curious if I could view the access history of a word file on my
computer, I have a feeing someone has been snooping and if I could see the
date and time of when a particular file was accessed then I'd know for sure.

Sounds like that file needs to be kept off of your computer or protected
from prying eyes. Or maybe it contains something best left untyped.
