Having great difficulty viewing emails older than two weeks old as they purge
automatically. Can't seem to find where the setting is to change. Wouild
like to view back for as long a period as possible.

Help......

Might check your archive settings. Since you don't mention what version of
Outlook you are using, here is the steps for versions <= Outlook 2003.
Start Outlook and select Tools > Options > Other tab > AutoArchive button.
The dialog that pops up will show you a drive/path location.

Don't forget, each folder in Outlook can have its own archive settings.
Right click on folder in question and select properties. Go to the archive
tab.

I am using Outlook 2007, tried following instructions given for 2003 however
did not change. I can view my "Sent" messages from the day I installed
Outlook - however can only view a two week period for the "Inbox" messages.

Isn't there a setting where I can select the length of time before archiving?
