The instructions were written for Outlook Express, but should also
work under Windows Mail if you avoid the One Click Fix and
the instructions don't call for the HTTP protocol.

How what? If you mean how to set up an email account in
Windows Mail, your mail provider will have a web page with
instructions. Or tell us who your mail provider is, and we can
look it up for you.
