How do I use the Text to Speech function with Word 2003?

I can find many many options regarding Speech Recognition, but nearly (no,
try nothing) regarding getting Word 2003 (via Windows 2000 Pro) to "speak my
documents to me".

I hate to sound like such a newbie, as I am mostly used to using Corel's
Wordperfect 10 (the stuff my company used), but I wonder where this
super-secret-well-hidden function or checkbox is, so I can have it speak the
text to me, and not like the Narrator accessibility tool (am not visually
impaired), since I need to hear the text to evaluate it, and don't always
have someone at my beck-and-call to simply read stuff to me, just because I
want them to...

Hi Todd,

Text to speech for Office is an Excel feature, but
you can get it to work with Word.
