How do I use text to speech in Word 2003? What program to use?

Word 2003 - Windows XP Pro

Hello, I desperately need "Text to Speech" feature in Word 2003, or an
external application for the same purpose. I am working on this project
comparing two documents word by word, one being on the computer and the other
one on paper. So I intend to have the computer read to me the contents of the
document in Word and I am going to read the paper at the same time.

I want to stress that I am not talking about the Voice Recognition, so plz
don't send me a link to a KB article telling me all about voice recognition
or handwriting recognition for Word.

Can you recommend a solution for me?
