How do i use the outlook addres book to store adres im new at thi

I cant figure out how to get my address book when i open up my mail i am new
at this computer stuff i would like to add names to the address book and when
i go to email something i have the email addresss right away thank you for
help just email me back Jodie
 
Go to Tools > Address book. Then enter new address
