How do I use pst backup with multiple users?

I installed the backup after downloading. The command exists and it works
with the first user installed under. The command doesn't exist under the
other 2 users in Outlook. If I try to install for other users it tell me copy
exists already.
What should I do?

If you install under an admin account, does it work for all users?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.


After a lot of head-scratching, Baron asked:

The PST Backup was installed under administrator account. The other 2 are also.
