How do I use 2 worksheets in 1 page

I want to see 2 screens -one above the other, & scroll the top one left to
right & the bottom one up & down.
Is this possible?
 
First, use Window>New Window
Then, use Window>Arrange... check Horizontal and check Windows of Actve
Workbook
