How do I upgrade from Office Outlook 2003 to Outlook Express?

I just got a new computer with Outlook Express 2007. I had Office Outlook
2003 on my old computer. I'm trying to transfer contacts and messages from
my old computer to my new one with Outlook Express. Any thoughts on how to
do this? Is Outlook 2003 better? Could I go to Outlook 2007? Would Outlook
2007 be better than Outlook Express?
Any thoughts or help would be appreciated!!

No you didn't. There is no "Outlook Express 2007". There's "Office Outlook
2007" or "Outlook Express". However, if the PC is new, you're probably
running Vista, and then you'd have Windows Mail, not Outlook Express.

I'll bet you don't have Outlook Express on your new PC.
Any thoughts on how to do this? Is Outlook 2003 better? Could I go
to Outlook 2007? Would Outlook 2007 be better than Outlook Express?

You'll have to determine the correct names and versions of the applications
you're using and provide a correct description of what you want to do.
