How do I upgrade from 9200 to 9800 pro

I have gotten an ATI 9800 pro 128 AGP.
It was given to me with no documentation or disk. I know the card works.
I have an ATI 9200 128 AGP.
Latest cat 5.10 drivers.
Running Windows XP Pro.
Can I just turn the computer off swap cards and reboot?
Any suggestions will be helpful

Uninstall the drivers first via add/remove in control panel. Turn off.
Replace card. Start. Install latest catalysts upon bootip.

Yes, you can just turn off the computer, swap cards and reboot. XP will
find the new card and the current driver will be applied, no problems.
