how do i uninstall this program & install windows xp

I am trying to install windows xp home edition service pack 2. I currently
have microsoft office 2000. And I dont have a clue what to do! PLEASE HELP

a newsgroup to help you step-by-step through what needs to be done to your
computer. The upgrade of the operating system is something that needs to be
done correctly the first time. Please find a friend or relative who knows
how to do this or hire someone who knows how.
