How do I uninstall IE 6 sp1

Hey I'm trying to uninstall my IE because my Norton Anti
virus active x keeps getting corrupted. I intalled netscape
and have had no problems except I can;t seem to remove IE
from my computer so I can reinstall a fresh copy, all the
componets seem static and the unstall INI is not working.

any suggestions?
