How do I undo what happens with hold down space bar

I have a bad habit of holding down the space bar when thiking. When I do this
bad things happen which i can't undo and I have to start over. I want to be
able to go back to before when I held down the space bar eight seconds.

Hi -

You can also go directly to the Start Button>SettingsControl Panel>Keyboard
and set the Repeat delay to Long & the Repeat reate to Slow. Specific wording
may vary depending on your version of Windows or some unique keyboard driver.
