How do I type in my password to access and edit a site???

I have been asked to update my schools website. I was
given a password etc. by the district tech administrator
and it worked fine with Netscape Composer, but I cannot
find anywhere in Front Page where I can even type in my
password to edit the website. When I try to make a
change I only receive an error message saying a password
is required and to see the site administrator. I have
the password but where the heck do I type it???
p.s the site administrator is too busy to help me.

Open FrontPage, then click File > Open web,
type in http://websitename.com and click ok.
You "should" be prompted for the user name and
password.
Then the web will open so you can edit it.
