how do I turn on Autocomplete in Word 2007

Please bring back Autcopmlete as soon as you can. Using autotext and pushing
F3 is a step backward. The old way was more efficient and effective.
 
I wouldn't look for any changes in Word 2007, but you can hope for
improvement in Word 2010.
