How do I turn on a 'do not expand after manual line break' featur.

I want to use a manual line break in a paragraph. The paragraph is
justified. I do not want this last line to be justified. In word 2003, a
feature could be turned on that said something like 'do not expand after
manual line break'. I cannot find a feature like this in 2007.

The Compatibility Options are still present in Word 2007 but require a
little digging. Office Button | Word Options | Advance. Scroll all the way
to the bottom and then click on the + for Layout Options.

Another trick, though, is just to insert a tab character before the line
break.
