How do I turn off the grammar check icon (with the pen) at the bo.

At the bottom of the page in Word, there's an icon with a pen writing in a
book.

If you right click it, it gives you grammar checking options.

The icon moves when I type, it's visually distracting, I want to remove it.

Any ideas how to do that ?

Any ideas how to do that ?

In Tools > Options > Spelling & Grammar, uncheck the options "Check spelling
as you type" and "Check grammar as you type". Use F7 to run the checks when
you want them.
