How do I turn OFF the confirmation of deletion in MS Word?

In MS Word I hate having to continually be prompted with a "Confirm Y/N?"
when I block and hit delete. How can I turn this confirmation off so when I
hit delete, it just deletes it? Thanks!

In Word, click on Tools | Options | General | uncheck the two
boxes for WordPerfect help and navigation | OK.

This is caused by WordPerfect option settings. Go to Tools>Options>General
and uncheck
"Help for WordPerfect Users" and "Navigation keys for WordPerfect Users."
