How do I turn off the clipboard message box produced by Outlook

Running Outlook 2003 (SP2). I would like to be able to turn off the annoying
message box notification (and default the value to NO) that states "You
placed a large amount fo data on the clipboard. Do you want these data to be
available to Microsoft Office Outlook or other programs after you close this
window?".
