How do I turn off display of deletions when printing tracked chan.

How do I turn off display of deletions but keep display of insertions and
change marks when viewing or printing tracked changes. (Older versions of
Word did this
easily!)

In Word 2003, you can set the format of deletions to "Hidden." In Word 2002,
unfortunately, this requires a macro or Registry edit.
