How do I turn off all capital letters in e mail

Using Outlook 2003 on a fileserver. For a single user, all e mail messages
and replies are composed in all capital letters. Using the Shift key or Caps
lock key has no influence. Have tried going into Tools..Options..mail
format...Stationery & fonts...fonts to make changes also.

Are you sure she isn't accidentally using the caps lock key?
Is she using Word as her email editor?- the template could be corrupt.
Disable Word as email editor and try again. I don't remember what the
template it uses is called, but you may need to delete it/let it be
recreated.
