| Stop using Word as the e-mail editor called by Outlook and start using the
| e-mail editor included in Outlook. Or learn to configure Word's behavior
| like you want. This isn't an Outlook problem.

| E-mail: Remove "NIX" and add "#LAH" to Subject.

If you happen to be using Outlook's editor and plain text formats, this option
can be easily disabled. From within the message body, simply click on Tools >
AutoCorrect Options and then disable "Capitalize first letter of sentences".
This setting will remain in effect until you change it back.
