How do I turn off a pop up blocker?

Client installed pop up blocker. When processing loan applications, this pop
up blocker needs to be turned off. UTL under "Tools" menu or in Microsoft
Help section. How do I turn off a pop up blocker?

Just go to Add/Remove programs and remove that program, you don't need it if
you have Windows XP w/SP2 it has its own....

This is not an Outlook question. You should post in an Internet Explorer or
Windows forum and mention which popup blocker is installed. All of them can
be disabled.
