If I am working on a task and have it open (to read attachments) it sends
updates ever 2-4 minutes. This clogs up my boss' box (who assigned the task).
I have been searching around in vain for an answer to this same question. In
our organization, some of the folks on the task distribution list get a
bezillion updates but some only get Accepts and Completes, which is what we'd
prefer. There's gotta be a preference setting somewhere that controls this
but I can't find it! Somebody please HELP!!!
