How do I turn my system on after it has gone into safe mode

One of my assistance accidentlly access the safe mode on my computer, now I
am unable to get into my computer and/or reboot the system. Does anyone have
any suggestions, or does anyone know where I can get an emergency boot disk
from?

You'd be best off reposting your question to a newsgroup related to whatever
