how do I transfer personal folder files created in Outlook 2003 t.

I was using Outlook 2003 at my previous job, but my new job uses Outlook
2000, which I also have at home. I am trying to import my 2003 PST files that
I created at my old job, but am not having any luck.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately, 2003 uses a diff format and cannot be read by 2000. You have
to save in the older format to transfer. Directions here:
