How do I transfer Outlook addresses between users

I have two user accounts in XP. How do I transfer the address book from one
to the other?
 
Clarify your post.
Include what you mean by "XP." Windows XP? Office XP?
Include your email software. Outlook does not have an address book. Are you
using Outlook?
