How do I transfer my contacts list into address labels?

I work with Coldwell Banker Burnet, a real estate company. An agent came up
to me to ask me how I could transfer her contact list into address labels
(probably on Word). Is this even possible?

I work with CBC in Naples. I just did this. Open Word, Tools, Letters &
Mailings, Mail Merge. It will bring a list of Document types. Pick Labels.
Select LAbel type, then Select Reciptents. At that point Choose
Outlook...The rest should be self explanitory
