How can I create mail labels from outlook contact list?

Does anyone out there know how to convert the contact list to mailing labels
1" x 2.5". I just need the name and the address from the list.

Try the following:
. In either the Outlook shortcuts or the folder list, click the
Contacts folder.
2. On the Tools menu, click Mail Merge .
3. Click Mailing Labels under Document type , click New Document under
Merge to , and then click OK .
4. In Microsoft Word, click Complete Setup .
5. Click Create , click Mailing Labels , and then click Setup . (Here
you can decide what size label you would prefer under Product number)
6. Click the label type, click OK , and then click Close .
7. On the Mail Merge toolbar, click Insert Merge Fields . Add fields
to the label, and then click Close .
8. Click Propagate Labels , and then on the Mail Merge toolbar, click
Merge to document .
9.Click All , and then click OK .
