How do I transfer Folders On Your Computer to Outlook 2003?

I have files in MSN E-mail folders under the title of Folders on your
computer. I want to transfer them to Outlook 2003. I have backed them up
under .msnbak, but they are not recognized by Outlook. Anyone have a
solution?

The only way I know to move MSN folders to local storeage is to create a
Hotmail or MSN account in Outlook and then drag the data to Outlook's local
folders. As you found out, .msnbak files have no meaning to Outlook.
