how do i transfer auto corrects and custom dictionary entries

I am about to move from one XP laptop to new xp laptop

i know about the window setup transfer function but - it does not transfer
the auto correct used in word,exel and Power point - how do i make a copy of
these from the old laptop and get the file to the new laptop.

same with the custom dictionary entries - how do i transfer them from the
old computer to the new one

again using XP on both machines - old and new

it would seem that MS would have a way to transfer all settings but as far
as i know they do not - things like - Places, work drop down in word,
dictionary, auto correct, favorites, all program settings and so on

anyway - it is a real pain changing machines but any help would be greatly
appreciated - thanks in advanc
