How do I tell Outlook that an item is NOT spam?

Outlook 2000, apparently randomly, designates some of my personal mail as
spam, and puts it in my delete folder. Mail from a given sender is not
always handled this way. How can I tell Outlook that mail from this sender
is not spam/junk? Sometimes it puts one copy in my inbox and another copy in
the delete folder.

Outlook 2000 doesn't have a built-in junkmail filter. Are you using rules?
Third party spam software?
