How do I syncronize outlook between two pc's

I have a laptop and a desktop that I would like to syncronize my outlook database(mail, contacts, etc.. ). Is there a way I can do this through my router wirelessly or otherwise so I have the same info between the two? Keep in mind I am using and have Activesync installed on the laptop for my PDA. If that makes any differnece
Also I am not using MS Exchange Server software. This is for my home use
